Shipping & Returns On Parts/Accessories
We can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and someone must be ready to receive delivery. If delivery is attempted without someone to receive a re-delivery charge will be applied.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Special Unloading Requirements When Shipping Via Truck Freight or Common Carrier:
This item is shipped via "truck freight" (common carrier or flat-bed, not UPS). The truck must be able to access the place of delivery.
Truck freight companies do NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional "Lift Gate" fee will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. Lift gate service simply means that the freight is lowered to the ground. It is the customer's responsibility to move the product after it has been lowered to the ground.
It is the customer responsibility to call the shipping carrier and schedule an approximate time for delivery, at which time, you may request a "Lift Gate" (provided the weight and dimensions of the product fits the criteria for lift gate service) and arrange payment with the carrier for that service.
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Attachment Distributors immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.
Returns Policy on Parts and Accessories
You may return most new, unopened or unused equipment or items within 7 days of the delivery date. All parts and accessories returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. (This return policy does NOT include returns on whole-goods, Equipment, Attachments new or preowned: refer to our Money Back Gurantee for detials) You will receive a refund less freight to and from your location plus a 30% restocking fee; damage/repairs that may be required to return an item sold to it’s original like condition at the time of sale. Our standard daily rental rate will also be deducted for all equipment returned within the allotted time period.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply call 1-888-888-1085 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization and return address details. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns Policy for Equipment and Wholegoods that are Qualified under our Money Back Guarantee Policy
When you purchase any of our New Attachments or Certified-Pre Owned equipment, you may return any item up to seven (7 days) from the date of delivery. This does not apply to any order that was incorrectly ordered buy client. In addition a standard daily rental rate will also be deducted for all equipment returned within the allotted time period. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping and handling chargers to and from your location. You will receive a refund less freight to and from delivered location unless otherwise stated; (if Free Shipping was offered at purchase on any promotion or special incentive, it will be accessed and deducted from credit or return as well) damage/repairs that may be required to return an item sold to it’s original like condition at the time of sale. We offer our guarantee to give our customers the comfort and confidence in our products and to separate ourselves from our competitors who only talk a good game. We know that the value in our guarantee will determine the difference between our products and those who only try to mimic what we do.
Our guarantee does not apply to any equipment sold “As Is” without our warranty. Any equipment sold as is will be considered a final sale item will not be able to be returned or returned. Other conditions may apply, depending on the type of item or good sold. This guarantee does not apply to repair of parts or service work performed by Spartan Equipment or any of its employees.
