Warranty Submission Claim Form

Warranty Claim Review Process:

This form may be used to submit claims for products that are within an applicable warranty period. Products that are outside the stated warranty period are not eligible for warranty consideration, regardless of operating hours, usage frequency, or condition, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Components classified as "wear items", including but not limited to: blades, hoses, couplers, teeth, pilot screws, etc. are not covered under warranty.

1) Claim Submission and Initial Review:

    • Once a warranty claim is submitted, it is entered into our review queue. The review process typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on claim complexity.
      All warranty related communication is conducted via email only. To ensure accuracy and proper documentation, phone calls regarding warranty questions, claim status, or coverage determinations will be redirected to email correspondence.

2) Request for Additional Information:

    • During the review process, a member of our team may contact you via email to request additional information, documentation, photos, or videos necessary to complete the evaluation.
      Please monitor your inbox and spam/junk folders to avoid delays caused by missed communications.

3) Claim Determination and Notification:

    • Once the review process has been completed, you will be notified of the claim determination via email.
      • Approved Claims: You will receive instructions regarding applicable coverage and the next steps for part or item replacement, repair, or fulfillment.
      • Denied Claims: You will receive notice of the denial. When applicable, we may provide a price quotation for replacement part(s) and/or recommend an available repair solution.
