FREE Shipping Program Rules When Program In Effect: Will only be offered to commercially zoned physical addresses in the continental United States. We do NOT combine or offer FREE Shipping to dealer/rental/distributors that qualify for discounts on our products. Products will normally ship out within 1-5 Business days for stocked items after order is placed Monday through Friday. Other items that may not be in stock will have various lead times to ship. Excludes any order not included in qualifying program offers and rules, applies to in-stock items only. The day after your order ships, you will receive an email providing your tracking information. Please note that some shipping carriers require 24-48 hours to update tracking once a package has been picked up. While we make every effort to ship orders quickly, Following Day Shipping can not be guaranteed during major holidays including but not limited to: Christmas, New Years Eve/Day, and during the week of Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday as well as Acts of God.
Ground Shipping: Most of our items are shipped through common ground carriers (Estes, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics, UPS, FEDEX), we may also use USPS Priority Mail for smaller items. Items shipped via ground methods normally are delivered in about 2-7 business days or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days.
Freight Shipping: Large items (over 150LBS) are shipped by LTL Ground commercial carrier freight lines and are normally delivered in about 2-7 days from date of shipment (most are delivered in less than 1 week, but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days depending on the end destination). We offer only offer FREE freight shipping to businesses or commercially zoned addresses and do NOT include lift-gate service when necessary. We will email you the shipping/tracking info so you can track your shipment. We encourage all clients to call the local dispatch center to arrange a window time on delivery as our carriers will not call ahead for appointment unless this service was requested at time of order and paid in advance for this option. Someone MUST be present and have a machine capable to off load the freight. Lift-Gate service is NOT provided unless PAID for in Advance. Most items will be shipped and banded to a pallet. Signature is Required on all Freight deliveries. The freight carrier will NOT contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You as the client are and will be responsible to contact the local dispatcher to arrange a time of delivery if required.

How long will it take until I receive my order? 90% of our shipments are delivered in 3-7 business days or less and ship through most of our similar carriers via regular ground service. Our items ship from various warehouses located in the United States. Depending on your location you will receive your order between 2 and 10 business days.
